Refund & Cancellation
Thank you for choosing Takshora Luxury Furniture. We take immense pride in crafting premium solid wood furniture. Because each piece is handcrafted with custom details, we have established a clear Refund, Return, and Cancellation policy below.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Standard Orders: You can cancel your order for standard catalog items within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
- Bespoke / Made to Order Furniture: Cancellations for customized or made-to-order furniture are only allowed within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the production team sources the wood and starts the manufacturing process, cancellations will not be accepted and the deposit/advance payment will be non-refundable.
- How to Cancel: To cancel, email us at business@takshora.com or call +91 98000 06019 with your order ID.
2. Return Policy (Manufacturing Defects & Transit Damage)
Because of the heavy-duty nature and custom craftsmanship of solid wood furniture, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We only accept returns or replacements under the following circumstances:
- Transit Damage: In case the product arrives with physical damage from transportation, please document it immediately. Report it to the delivery agent and contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and videos of the damage.
- Manufacturing Defects: If the product has a clear structural defect or mismatch from the order dimensions, please report it to us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will arrange a technician to repair the item at your site, or if it is irreparable, we will pick it up and provide a brand new replacement at no extra cost.
3. Return Prerequisites
For a valid return/replacement claim, please ensure:
- The product is in its original unused condition.
- All supporting accessories, cushions, hardware, and packaging are preserved.
- You have the original invoice and delivery receipt.
4. Refund Processing & Timelines
Once your cancellation request is verified or a returned product is picked up and inspected by our warehouse quality team:
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source (credit/debit card, bank account, UPI) used during order placement.
- For payments processed via Razorpay, refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing cycles.
